Describing People: Clothes

I'm happy to see you! Today, we are going to be describing your outfit.

We use the verb 'wear' to talk about the clothes that someone has on.

  • Present simple form 
 -wear-

Example: I wear a jacket when it is cold. 

  • Past simple form 
          -wore-

Example: Yesterday, she wore a red t-shirt. 

  • Present continuous form
          -be + wearing-

Example: He is wearing black trousers.
